The Progress Manager is useful if you want to manually update student progress. For example, you may want more advanced students to skip certain units and lessons in courses, or you may want to reassign a unit or a lesson to a student for remediation. It is as simple as searching for a student using the search box and then checking boxes to update progress.

Keep in mind that any time you check a box, all triggers associated with that unit or lesson will be executed. For example, if you mark an entire course as completed, a student will receive anything associated with course completion, such as a course certificate or a congratulations email. These actions cannot be undone, so take care with how you use this feature.
