Most frequent questions and answers
You can access your account from the LOGIN button on the homepage. If you do not remember your login information, please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email. If you cannot remember your username or email, please submit a Technical Support Request at the bottom of this page.
In order to view your courses, you must login to the website with your username/email and password.
- STUDENTS: You will be taken to the page with the list of all of your courses as soon as you login. You can also get to this page by clicking on My Courses from the main menu.
- TEACHERS: You will be taken to the Teacher Dashboard as soon as you login. From here, you can navigate to a course by going to the Student Management tab or by clicking on My Courses from the main menu.
Courses can be accessed from any device that can connect to the Internet. For best results, it is recommended that you use the Chrome web browser on your desktop, laptop, or mobile device. However, your courses should work well on any modern web browser. You may download Chrome for free by going here and choosing your device.
PerfectMyMusic uses the Soundslice music player to deliver your music for study and practice. By using this player, you can rehearse specific measures of the music, start your rehearsal at a specific measure in the music, and even slow down the rehearsal track. Please keep in mind that not all features described on the Soundslice website are available on this website. The player at PerfectMyMusic has been customized for the music on this website.
The rehearsal tracks on this website are intended for your personal use and individual practice. For specific questions about the music or any of the requirements for your performing group, please contact your music teacher for assistance.
While it may be possible to save the music for viewing in offline mode, you will have to be connected to the Internet in order to access the website and login into your course.
