The typical turnaround time is 14-21 business days from the time we receive copies of your music. During peak seasons, we will contact you if we need more time. Planning ahead is always a best practice to ensure you have your music in time for rehearsal.
In order to ensure that we provide consistent access to the site, each person must have an account login and password. Sharing accounts is not permitted. Users will be logged off of a device if they login using another device.
Our team has to hand enter your music and then sync it with the Soundslice player, which is labor-intensive. This process ensures that your SingingTrax are pitch perfect and easily accessible for rehearsal.
